Easy Lunch Boxes

Now that we are all back to school, lunches can be the worst part of our morning. Trying to pack a healthy, nutritious lunch while getting the kids out the door can be frustrating to say the least.

An easy way to pack lunch with with Easy Lunch Boxes. These containers are asy to pack with a variety of nutritious items. I am attaching some pictures below.

If we order (or have our friends, neighbors and strangers) containers from www.EasyLunchBoxes.com, the RDCBC will receive 20% of the proceeds!!!

Our unique fundraising code is ReleDance (case sensitive).

Whenever someone places an order on their site and uses that code (on the first checkout page of the shopping cart/must click 'apply code') our organization will earn 20% of the sale! Their computer will keep track of all orders using the unique code, and they will send us checks when funds are over $75. There is no expiration date on this program or your code, and for as long as the code is used, our group will continue to receive $$ credit!

Parents' Night Out - Recap

Laurie recapped it best:

It was a great success!! I think we netted almost $300 for 4 hours effort. I was very proud of our big company girls (Tat, Bri, Honor and Sarah) as they were a great help in entertaining the little ones.

AJ and Trixie were awesome, as expected - hip hop and fitness was the theme of the evening. The kids were completely entertained, challenged, etc. No mishaps, and very little mess.

The kids were never at a loss for something to do. Screening the movie, Hotel for Dogs, on a huge projection screen, in Astaire, worked like a dream. A few little ones wandered out, and we played Snow White on the tv in the lobby for them....

Thank you to Relevé for your generosity. I hope we can make this work so company can grow into something BIG!

Parents' Night Out - August 7th

We have another GREAT event coming up! Tell all your friends!

We all see parents sacrificing their free time to drive their kids to dance class, to wait during class and then to drive the kids home (or to more activities) afterwards.

On August 7th, parents can drop off their kids at Relevé, and go do something for themselves!!

Parents' Night Out
only $20 per child ($15 for each additional child)

August 7th 5pm-9pm
ages 3 & up (2 if he/she is enrolled as a student at Relevé)

Schedule:
5-6pm: drop off, pizza, fruits & veggies, drinks
6-7pm: DANCE PARTY!! - guest dance or fitness instructor(s) will teach a class **
7-8:30pm: Movie & snacks **
8:30-9pm: pick up

*depending on age levels and number of kids, we will split the group into appropriate activities.

Releve Dance Company Booster Club will be holding a bake sale on Saturday July, 31st at Releve Studios.

Drinks: Coffee, Juice and more

All money earned will go towards offsetting Dance Company expenses (costumes, entrance fees, etc...)

See here for the amazing job that Relevé Company 2009-2010 members did. In their very first year of competing, the company members won numerous 1st place trophies and qualified for nationals!! Unfortunately, due to a lack of fund, the kids weren't able to go.

This year we are hoping to raise enough money so that if we are invited to go to Nationals we can. Additionally, we are attempting to raise fund for costumes and fees throughout the year.

The booster club parents had our first meeting today and are playing many fun events, such as Bake Sales, a Babysitting Night and a Car Wash.
